How are the Go There Run There programs different to other training programs?

Training programs are individualised for the participant and the specific race of choice, leaving the runner with no surprises come race day.


When you say personalised, what does that mean?

Our program structure is the same for all runners with the exercise and running components tailored to your abilities. Every participant receives their individual program.


I can’t commit to a training program right now due to an injury.

It looks like you have come to the right place! While we do not diagnose injuries, we do have the tools to assist you in your pre-injured state and are happy to guide you in the right direction. Let’s get you back running stronger than before.


Can I run if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Always contact your healthcare professional before and during your running training, to ensure all is well with both you and your baby.


I can’t find my event?

Can you help me train for a fun run or charity event?

Of course we can. Email us at info@gothererunthere.com and we will get you started.


Can I get a running plan even if I don’t want to participate in an event

I need a program longer than 16 weeks!

No problem, email us at info@gothererunthere.com and let us know how many weeks you need.


When will I receive my program?

Once you have selected your program and your payment has been processed, you will receive your program 8 or 16 weeks prior to your race. Your program is designed to have you ready on race day. If you require longer programs please email us at info@gothererunthere.com


Will I receive the entire program all at one time?

Your whole program will be delivered to you at the start of your training journey.


In what format will I receive my training program?

Your training program can be found in your personal training booklet. The booklet is emailed to you in PDF format. Allowing you to print or view on your device.
