Our program structure is the same for all runners with the exercise and running components tailored to your abilities. Every participant receives their individual program.

Once you have selected your program and your payment has been processed, you will receive your program 8 or 16 weeks prior to your race. Your program is designed to have you ready on race day. If you require longer programs please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your whole program will be delivered to you at the start of your training journey.
Your training program can be found in your personal training booklet. The booklet is emailed to you in PDF format. Allowing you to print or view on your device.
